A unique perspective as both developers and land promotors

Redwood Land and Property is a small local development company with a proven track record of delivering land development and construction projects. We specialise in Devon, focussing on Exeter and the surrounding areas.

Redwood was founded by Chartered Civil Engineer Andrew Prior who has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for multinational consultancies, large housing developers, project management companies and public sector organisations.

Having worked on projects of all scales, from single home developments up to international masterplans with world famous architects, Andrew brings a wealth of planning and construction experience to every project.

Having previously founded a Civil and Structural Engineering design consultancy, Andrew has a wide network of professionals that he can call upon to resolve any potential planning or construction issues.
