House Construction
Construction of a new house on your land does not have to be as disruptive as you might think
Spending months or even years building a house on site from scratch can be a thing of the past. Redwood have an interest and specialism in Modular Construction.
Put simply, Modular Construction involves the construction of a house in a factory to a high standard, then transportation of the house in modules to its new site on the back of a lorry. The house is built in pieces (modules) that can be transported on a lorry, then craned into position, fixed together and plugged in onsite.

The only work required onsite is pouring the foundations and bringing the utilities to the house. The advantages of this are:
-
The house is constructed offsite, so there is very little construction work onsite. therefore very little noise, dust, mud, traffic, disruption etc.
-
The quality of the construction is excellent as it can be controlled and reviewed more easily in a factory environment
-
Construction is much more efficient with much less wastage, so is better for the environment
-
The house is constructed and installed very quickly indeed, in a fraction of the time of a traditional house construction

By using this approach, the stress and disruption of the house construction is eliminated for everyone living near the site.
